Doing pre-natal yoga at 8 months of Pregnancy

I am doing yoga stretches to relieve back pain and help my muscles to
relax in the evening. Yoga involves a series of body movements, poses,
and stretches aimed at strengthening muscles and improving body tone and
flexibility.
This routine is comfortable for 3rd Trimester, do listen to your body
and relax or end the routine as you deem necessary.
From beginner to Guru

As a beginner
For
a beginner, one needs to start with gentle movements, and as your body
eases into the routine you advance to more complicated movements and
positions.
